Brian Payne FCCA – Managing Partner
Brian qualified in 1976 and then became a partner at the age of 24 after working for the firm for several years. Consequently he has a wide range of knowledge relating to accountancy matters in general and extensive experience in the affairs of family run businesses of varying sizes. He is currently chairman of the ACCA’s Nottingham Practitioners’ Seminar Group which holds CPD courses in the Nottingham area.
He is married with one daughter and enjoys all sports particularly football and cricket.
Michael Corrigan FCCA
Mike joined the firm in 1991 after working in both small and national practices. After gaining invaluable experience at both ends of the spectrum he decided his future lay with a smaller firm where working relationships are easier to build with clients and a more hands on approach can be adopted.
He qualified in 1994 and became a partner in 1997. Mike is responsible for a varied client base including a large local pension fund, professional practices, manufacturing businesses and smaller owner managed and family businesses.
Mike is married with two young daughters and outside of work and family enjoys most sports, especially football and cricket. He is a keen runner and regularly enters local road races.
